girl loves boy, boy loves girl. lonely vampire lord loves girl. makes her into a vampire, kills him.
vampire girl hates vampire lord. escapes. survives. year after year searching for reincarnation of loverboy.
year 1598 Hideyoshi's ambition to conquer Korea and China is thwarted by local resistance
vampire girl meets japanese soldier, believed to be loverboy. fell in love. the two to elope to japan. found out by villagers. villagers kill loverboy. vampire girl survives.
again she searches.
year 2005
meets loverboy again. tells him she has been looking for him. tells her he doesnt know her. tells him she's a vampire. tells her to get a life. she sucks the blood of a stray cat. boy freaks out.
follows him, helps him when he needs it. boy gradually appreciates. and is touched. steals blood from blood bank. girl asks him if they can be together. boy says no, he doesnt love her. he loves another. girl says she can wait, she has been waiting for a thousand years. boy says go get another boy. girl says she can wait. girls says she just wants to know if they will end up together. boy says no, they did not and will not. not after a thousand years. not after a million years.
vampire girl kills loverboy. drinks the blood of the dead man. she finally dies.
the vampire lord weeps. he always knew where vampire girl was. he was the moth that vampire girl kept. he was the tailor that made her clothes. he was the constable that cleaned up the mess she left behind after her kills. he was the village chief. he was the loverboy(2005)'s gay partner.
her love is dead. his love is dead.
